You might think that I'm a little late in the summer to be sharing this. But honestly, it's never too late to talk about sunscreen and protecting your skin.
I wear sunscreen all year round. That's right. I wear it every single day, which means that I have tried a lot and gone through many, many tubes and bottles and sprays. And even though it's August, it's really never too late to share the best sunscreen you should be using.
If you're wondering what I use the Coola sunscreen for, I actually apply it to my arms and legs. I mainly use it in the spring and summer when the weather is warm and temperatures are high. Whenever I drive {nearly every day}, I always feel like my arms and legs get a bit burned or too tan from the sun. And so to prevent sun damage, I use this Coola Sport Sunscreen. It comes in a variety of yummy scents, but I tend to stick to the unscented one with SPF 50. Unlike other spray sunscreens I've used, this one isn't greasy or sticky at all and makes your skin glisten. And who doesn't want glistening bronzy skin in the summer? The continuous spray makes it easy to apply, even on your back which we all know is a hard place to get full coverage with sunscreen.
As with all sunscreen, these should be applied 15 minutes before sun exposure and every two hours. If anyone has recommendations for a sunscreen makeup setting spray, please let me know. I'm looking to try out a few!
{PS. In case you were wondering, protecting your skin from sun damage and preventing skin cancer has always been really important to me. My dad had skin cancer when he was younger and now our family is very careful!}
